D8 warehouse payments overcharge.

I tried making the payment for the warehouse that is due on the 28th, but the system did not take the full amount and left me in a negative balance of -$6000
I had $185,000 in my account, payment due was $183.000 After making the payment, my account was at -$6000 with around $966 left to make on the payment.

Reproduction
Honestly, i tried to make a payment. It took an amount, then another, until it was almost at $0. THen realised I am in the negative balance.

Expected Behaviour
To make payments until $0 left and not overcharge.
