Cute yet unwanted prop attached to me

Okie dokie so im not really sure how this happens or why. I was literally just in a car, in the passenger seat driving around when i noticed an unwanted passenger hanging out attached to my back.

dont get me wrong, this bat is super cute and i would love to actually have it in my inventory but sadly its not there. Just attached to me like a clingy dog that follows you into the bathroom.

I have seen this happen to someone when they first loaded in and i believe it happened to me as well when i first flew in last month but i cant quite remember it that well. My friend had a battle axe stuck to him.

Im not sure how to make it happen again but to get rid of it, you just have to go to a clothing store and load a saved outfit.
