Customized Billboards around the city and county

Allow a way for business's, groups, departments and organizations to rent out the various billboards around the city and county. These could be advertisements for a business in the area (example being billboards along Route 68 near Harmony could advertise for the 24/7 shops along the route or even CnC Harmony if these businesses wished.)

This could be a fun way for in city style advertisement and make the billboards more meaningful. right now these billboards show GTA Lore Style Billboards for companies that aren't apart of our RP. A gang who wants more control of their block could rent out the billboards in their territory to show its their block and to keep others from using them.

Unsure of the specifics on how you could go about this but figured its a fun idea I wanted to throw out there. With the Civ Expansion coming soon it could be a fun little added feature.
