Custom colors

Description:
An RGB color system for vehicle customization.

Reason:
This system would allow for individuals and gangs to be able to have more freedom of expression. It would give more options for gangs to find a representative color and for individuals to get an exact color of their liking. This would also help with anyone wanting to use a color, but not being able to take it as it is a gang affiliated color.

This would also help mechanics to find specific colors more easily. (However, since I am not a mechanic, I am not sure of their system)

Additional:
Since I am very picky about the colors I like, and I know some others are too, it would be nice to have a color I would actually like instead of having to settle for something else. It would also be great to see everyone's taste expressed through their cars, since it is kind of boring to see similar cars everywhere. A little rainbow on the streets of the city wouldn't hurt.
