1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f - All Low tier crime Once you are able to do [1d] you will unlock [2a] heist or mini job. Picking up a mini hack event. Much like how the ATM's work. Same items used but instead of pulling an ATM it could be pulling a box around. But if you leave the military base PD would get called. If you don't leave the military base the MP (military Police NPC) will chase you around until for a few minutes. When completed you have a chance of looting a 2 time use item item to unlock [2b]. [2b] is basically a mini raid the yacht and kill a high valued target. Boss has a chance to drop a keycard that will unlock level 1 of the Cayo Heist. This could be the expansion of cryto as well.

[2b] Although there isn't a picture included, but could be where [Drug Traffic] is reimplimented.

6 - Paleto has a chance to drop other cards for 7a, 8, and 9a. Or a hidden flag that unlocks the criteria needed for 9a.

7a. G6 would lead into the 7b. Once the oil rig is completed you would unlock level 2 of the Cayo heist.

8. Pac Standard. Has a chance to loot a code that unlocks level 3 of Cayo

9a. UD (concept) would unlock 9b Casino (concept). [9b] Final vault has a chance to unlock level 4 in the cayo heist. Casino has 6 vaults but requires 6 different codes that change weekly. But having to do 4, 5, 6, 7a, 8, 9a to find all the codes. Changing the level

10. Cayo Heist (concept) Has 4 levels to the heist that requires 4 codes that are only accessible from 2b, 7b, 8, 9b or hidden flags that will be marked. Only 9b can be accessed after all other 5 prior vaults have been hit. So the 6th vault has a chance to drop a code that unlocks [10] which would be the final code needed to unlock level 4 of cayo.
