Crazy driving in city

I would suggest adding more local traffic in the city or putting more forces in traffic tickets, the reason is driving behaviour in the city, some players (99%) will hit and run, even kill you and not even stop to check on you, this is clearly failRP and feels exactly like gta online lobby.

I am not against speeding, but atleast do some rp when u crash into someone
