Cost of Turbos

Since the update for some reason upgrading and putting a turbo on your car is dirt cheap. Before it was usually between 5 and 7 grand shop cost for a turbo. Since the update it's usually only 700 dollars shop cost. Feels like this is a mistake or oversight, as it stands right now it's cheaper to get a turbo put on your car than it is to upgrade your brakes.
