Container Heist

Description: After claiming the container heist job, you are unable to pick up the grinder most of the time. Occasionally it will respawn and let you, but otherwise it states "This is not your grinder."

Reproduction:
1. Claim container heist job.
2. Go to the marked location and look for the dot.
3. Attempt to pick up grinder.

Expected Behavior: Grinder is able to be picked up and used.

Actual behavior: Grinder stays on the ground and the "This is not your grinder" prompt pops up.
