Commission issue for No Love Records

Description: I billed someone from the No Love records account but got commission when I am not suppose to. I noticed that this only started to happen today. The current commission is set to %0 for management. Even when you try to reset it to 0% again it doesn't fix the issue. This is a issue because when doing any billing via events, music releases, or placing booths we will get commission from the bill and the full amount won't go into the No Love records account.
