Command to cancel a boost

Creating a /cancelboost command to be able, when you know your boost isn't gonna succeed (F.E : You're in the drink with your car / blew up / ...), to cancel it prematurally (Because sometime you don't have the laptop and malicious because you were driving / you're in handcuff / ...)

That would be a command that people can use (not forced tho, so it's only if they want to be nice to people waiting in queue), allowing the queue to flow better when people get arrested and don't have a way to cancel the boost.
