Colored photography lights do not work

Steps:

1. Put a colored photography light in your inventory

2. attempt to use a colored light

3. nothing happens

Expected behaviour: to be able to put down and place the colored lights the same way you can with the regular lights

Actual Behaviour: unable to use colored lights
