Collect Earnings Bug on BM

I went to collect my earnings from the Black Market but it's greyed out and won't let me.

The order was fulfilled last night but I was a little busy and unable to get it until now. I'm not sure it's due to not getting it in the storm it was fulfilled or if it is just not working in general. I've had this bug happen before but it hasn't happened in a while.
