Coke Toy Making Scuffs After Two Toys

We are trying to make a couple of the Rick Grimes Coke Toys on the island. After making two of them, we are no longer able to make any. The person making the toys and anyone else with them get an error of “Unable to do this at the moment”. It requires a headpop to reset it.

Step 1: Having all the required items, third eye the ‘Package Toy’ step at coke processing on the island
Step 2: Make toy
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2
Step 4: Third eye and select ‘Package Toy’ again
