Co-owning Properties for businesses

Allow two or more people who are equal partners in a business/warehouse have the same access to permissions such as opening lockers and adding CID's to existing lockers.

At the moment only one person is allowed to add or remove permissions to lockers inside warehouses. But there are some businesses with 50/50 partners that make their living off of selling storage space inside the warehouse to civilians such as pawn shops or storage renting facilities. This makes things a bit tedious for business owners looking to provide good customer service because if one of the owners is awake and the other owner (with permissions) is not awake or even on vacation and gone for an extended period of time, the other business owner must wait before renting out storage space. This can cause people to lose business and all in all is just poor customer service. Someone looking to buy or rent storage space typically is in need of that storage immediately, and if they are forced to wait multiple hours or days before they can actually get access to it that will likely force them to go to another business.

Also if two people paid equally for a warehouse then why should only one of those people be given access to things that the other partner does not. It should all be equal.
