Civ/PD Bike wheelie

As we know PD bikes are super fast and are able to do wheelies at 130+. But for us normal civilians we have limited bikes that can wheelie or have super stiff front forks not allowing us to do it at all.

I would like to see the domestic bikes be able to do wheelies just as PD bikes are able to or make it that PD bikes are only able to wheelie up to a certain mph. This would even the advantage that PD has with their imported bike motors that way out power the domestic bikes.

I've watched plenty of PD bikes around the city passing me or other people doing wheelies at 130+. I think that bikes need to be able to wheelie at least up to a certain mph. If they aren't able to wheelie it reduces the fun and skill needed to ride them.
