Cigerettes

Cigarettes' dont light and cannot be used.

Step 1: Have Cigarettes + Lighter (Used Little Teapot one to test)

Step 2: Cigarettes is 'used' but does not start animation or reduce stress
Step 3: Messages pops up saying 'Missing lighter'

Expected outcome: Cigarette animation + stress reduction

Actual outcome: Cigarette says its being 'used' but nothing happens.
