Christmas Decorations/Snow 2023

Suggestion Description:

I would like to see more snow sticking to the ground for longer after the initial snowfall or making it snow more often. I would also love to see more decorations around the map besides just the chunk at the observatory and legion.

Reason:

December is the only month where there’s snow on Echo and I really feel like it brings the holiday spirit whenever people see it snowing or are able to pick up snowballs and throw them at people and if it snowed more often/snow stuck around a bit longer then more people would be able to experience that joy. I also think that for the crim/cop side of things a chase in the snow/ice could be really fun!

As for the decorations I know we have a lot of photographers and a lot of clients who love getting pictures taken often. I think if we had more spots that were decorated people would be really pleased in that regard but also the comfy cozy feeling people get just from seeing something decorated for the season.

Additional context:

December 21’ was my favourite Christmas on Echo and I really want that good feeling back with the snow, decorations/lights all over the city and community events.
