Chops car entering and exiting animations to K9/dog Peds

Reason for Suggestion: The current animation for dogs and K9 peds is real janky and uses the normal ped animation that humans use, so it looks like the dog gets rolled up into a ball and shoved in the car. Base GTA 5 already has animations for Chop when he enters and exits cars that could be used for Dog peds.

Cause for Suggestion: as said above it does not look great when dogs enter and exit cars and people tend to comment on it when they see the dog model freaking out, so using a better animation would be much needed for QoL and immersion.
