Chop shop inventory bug

im having trouble every time i eat food or drink im getting a item from chop stuck in my hands as if it is in my inventory if i change clothes it goes away and then i use something again making it bring the item back out, when i change chlothes it goes away my end but other people can still see it.

not sure what steps i can do to reproduce this happening
