Chop Ped - Collars

Description:

In the base GTA, Chop has a wide variety of collar colors. EX: Green, Black Studded, White, Pink, Gold.

What we currently have is 2 options: No Collar, and Brown Collar,

Reason:
Seeing other dogs with multiple color options for collars was the beginning of this thought process, but also with 2 Chops near each other, no one can tell the difference because we had the same collar on.

Seeing that there are other colors that are base game is why I'm suggesting this. I think it would be great to have a boatload of colors including gang-specific colors, I also understand that would be much more difficult.
