Chop Car Vanishing in middle of chop.

When chopping a vehicle the vehicle has a chance to just despawn in front of you while you are still in front of it before you are done.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Get vehicle from chop list.
2. Take vehicle to chop spot.
3. Vehicle despawns in the middle of taking a door off

Expected behavior.

Be able to chop the whole car
