Cheaper Yellow Pages Ads as Time Goes On

Description: Currently a yellow pages ad is $500 no matter when you post it, whether this be 20 minutes into the server restart, or 5 minutes before the server goes down. This makes it expensive to post an ad, and defeats the object of posting one closer to a server restart. Make it cheaper as time goes on. The closer you are to a server restart, the cheaper the ad becomes $45 cheaper per hour that the server is up, ($500/11 Hour Restarts = $40/hour).

Reason: This will promote people putting up yellow pages ads toward the end of a server restart. :)
