Change to the NOS system

Instead of $1k bottle for any car, have a $10k upgrade at a mechanic shop on your car and 100/200$ refills in shop.

$1k for a bottle is too much for a thing that you’re gonna use 10 doses of, or that will disappears if you put your car inside a garage. It’s also not really realistic to just be able to magically plug a NOS tank on an unprepped car.

In the current state, using NOS for what it should be used is fun, but people would rather not because of the price, so what would be the point of even having NOS if no one can enjoy it ?
