Change the Axon placement/placement of elements

Suggestion Description:

1. Change the layout of the elements of the Axon to make it look good since its on the left side. Example: https://media.echorp.net/i/c1350f47-066f-4ef4-8a3b-6fcc1b467a8b.jpg

2. Add a command which allows us to change which side the Axon is on. Bascially do the same thing we can do with the /carhud command.

3. Make it so flashed ID's appear under the Axon. That way the Axon wouldn't be blocked by them.

Reason:

• Respectfully, I think the current Axon placement is not aesthetically pleasing. Before the Axon got moved to the upper left corner, the logo was on the far right side in the corner (as it should be) and that was aesthetically pleasing. Now with the current Axon placement it is not pleasing at all. Not just that, but it is also blocked when someone flashes their ID so we can not prove it was us who took the picture of the ID if our Axon is not in the picture. It's currently in the upper left corner, but the logo stayed on the far right side when it should have been moved to the far left to be more aesthetically pleasing. The text should have also been readjusted to fit the current position but it was not. The Axon was simply just moved but not the elements on the Axon with it. In short, the current issues are:

1. Axon is not aesthetically pleasing.

2. Axon gets blocked when someone flashed their ID.

Additional Info:
I believe it was stated that the Axon was moved so the calls that pop up on the right wouldn't block the Axon. But this way it gets blocked by someone flashing their ID and we got no proof we took the picture.
