Change Prison Commissary For Cough Syrup
Suggestion: I propose that prison commissary is changed so that people can only buy so many per storm to stop people from flying helicopters into what is supposed to be an armed and secure facility or change it so prison lifers are the only way to obtain said commissary.
Reason: Prison is meant to be secure but you hear stories about people flying helis into the prison when DOC "aren't awake" or not at the prison in order to get cough syrup for super cheap. Commissary is also supposed to be super limited so only allowing people to buy 10 per storm would be more realistic.

Surprised noone is talking about the fact is low quality as hell to fly a heli INTO A PRISON that you would expect to be heavily armed just for cough syrup. Makes absolutely zero sense and sounds stupid people would break into prison just to buy cough syrup

I mean it was the main focus and primary reason for the post LOL. The suggestions of limiting the amount allowed per storm and for the ability to only get them through lifers were merely alternative ways to control that or stop it from happening. IDK why people are choosing to focus on the actual action of limiting. The function of commissary is to give you the opportunity to receive something that would otherwise not available, it's meant to help you RP inside the prison. Not to fly helicopters into what would typically be considered a secure facility armed with guards 24/7. I would hope that bans for doing as such are steeply heavy and swift.

Maybe even having it so you cant access it unless you are an inmate, Would help the issue more than limiting it

The only problem I see with having it super limited is that it would make Meth near impossible. With it being so limited price is probably going to rise substantially - that's going to make Meth unprofitable without people deliberately getting arrested. Getting arrested to make 60 meth baggies doesn't really hold equal worth.
The server is already extremely limiting in all other areas of crime, Boosting queues are huge, linkup queues are topping 6 hours before you can even get into a job, being a crim currently is just a queueing simulator.
10 syrup per storm would make Meth entirely pointless to even attempt to do. I really like the feature the server has that requires some planning and work to get syrup without buying it, it makes it actually interesting to do Meth - but if you could only do 1 run, or had to be an inmate, it kinda throws that whole area of the server into the same territory as Metal Detecting where it's a cool idea but just not worth the effort.
