Change buy/sell %

Suggestion

To change the % with how much u can buy/sell properties. I think its 10% now and i would like to see 25/50% depensing on the value of the propertie.

0-500k 50% and 500k-infinite 25%

Reason

This is mainly made for houses/warehouses since u can only sell what the property is worth from 10% and 10% down. You cant add to the price the smartlocks and parking spots, that will mean a lot of people lose big time on selling these properties. I dont want to make profit but i think its fair for wanting to get the full return if the second party is willing to pay it ofc.
