Cars Disappearing

Description: I've had quite a few issues with cars disappearing that are a huge issue in game. Last night, a buddy started his first C Class boost, while going around 140 on the highway, we were randomly just placed on the highway and the car disappeared.

I started a cargo run today, drove towards my first stop, and as I was driving normally I was randomly kicked out and placed on the street and my van disappeared.

Around 2-3 days ago, I started a D Class boost. When I arrived to the car, I started to lockpick the car. While in the middle of lockpicking, the car randomly disappeared.

Also seeing that any time you go in a house/warehouse and have a local car parked outside, theres a higher chance it will be gone when you exit the house than the car still being there.

Steps: No steps to reproduce the issues, it is random but very frequent.

Expected: Cars to not randomly poof while driving. Cars that have been lockpicked or cars you have keys to, should not poof when entering a warehouse/house.
