Cars disappearing

Cars disappearing when you go inside of a house robbery or inside of a warehouse

1. Get local car or even an owned car
2. Leave it outside of house or warehouse
3. Come outside to see its gone and unable to track

What i expect is the car will be outside when i come back out I share a car with a friend so i go back to the garage to track the owned car and it says unable to locate even though previously it gives a waypoint and local cars are just gone all together which never used to happen as much!
