Cargo Runs not giving Drop off Points

So myself and a buddy have both attempted to do Cargo runs. After we locate the van and hop in, it does not show us where to go for said cargo run. After returning to the NPC he insists on us going back to the vehicle. Even after driving around for a few minutes both of us were not given drop off points. We both had stacks on us but couldn't do it. It also did not allow us to start over after relogging.
