Cargo Run issuses...

Ran into a few issues while doing a cargo run. The first problem was that when I paid the $500 to start the run the van spawned but it was at 0% fuel. Not a huge issue so i went and bought a petrol can and refilled it. Upon refilling it and going to the first spot the van was no longer a cargo van. I could not retrieve the packages out of the back. So with not being able to do the run I can no longer return the van or do anymore cargo for the entire storm.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Pay $500 for the run.
2. Van Spawns with 0 fuel.
3. Go get petrol can from mega mall
4. Go to first delivery and realize you can't get packages from van.

Expected behavior in a perfect world is when you get the van it is full of fuel and also allow you to grab the packages from the back to complete the run. I mean it would be nice if you could just return the van and get your money back and end the current run. This would allow you to at least do more cargo at a later time.

What actually happened was when i got the van it was out of fuel. After refueling with a petrol can and going to the first delivery I couldn't third eye the van to get the packages. Unfortunately this locked up cargo for the rest of the storm.
