Cargo Run cooldown or Limit per storm
Putting a 30 minute cooldown or a run limit per storm on cargo.
Too many times on my cop ive pulled a cargo runner over for either speeding, running a red light or driving on the wrong side of the road and they text, call or radio for backup and instantly swap out.
95% of the time im going to mess with them a bit in the traffic stop and at most ill make them step out and "walk their ass home" as my character would say. Now I could be wrong in how cargo is since I havent played crim in over a year but it seems like people are just insta swapping and going to get a new run which is super boring RP. Especially during shift 3 or the dead hours of the server when theres very limited RP going on for everyone.

People have had bad PD interactions with cargo. Getting followed, pulled over when they never would in a normal car and on day 1 of the move just straight up meta. So its left a bad taste in people's mouth when it comes to getting stopped in a cargo van.
I have a friend who has never been pulled over in the city once. But twice while doing cargo so, that could be bad luck but I doubt it
