Cargo is bugged.

When you first start a cargo run, it doesn't show you have a "delivery vehicle" and you don't get keys to your vehicle, making it impossible to do cargo runs to clean your money.

1. Run up to the guy where you start cargo, and start a run.
2. See your van spawn in, but there is no "delivery vehicle", and you don't get keys to the vehicle.

expected behavior is when you go and talk to the guy at cargo and he gives you a run to do, it will tell you which vehicle is your "delivery vehicle" and the little blue chests will show up on your map indicating a delivery drop off.

the actual behavior of this is you go and speak to the guy, he takes your money, the van will spawn in but it wont tell you which vehicle is yours to get in to, and when you get in the van you don't have keys, and it doesn't start the run.
