Cargo Dropoff bug

To start my run i had about 8-10 boxes fly out of the van.

While doing the cargo run I got a dropoff Across the street from Gas Station 15 ( See Link for location ) When going there it would seem the local would not spawn at all no matter where I walked to in the area.

Repeat bugs below just for my report.
I was not able to stop the run so I had to quit the game and then rejoin back in. Upon joining back in and starting a new run I was given no dropoff locations twice.
