Cargo Delivery Vans

I think it would be a great idea to have the local take the vans back after you finish the job.

The reason for this is simple, people are lazy. Lazy people can't be bothered to park their vans out of the way so others can do their jobs. Someone comes along and rents a van that gets dropped off in a spot that is already occupied and it either explodes, flips, or drops the packages on the ground. This constantly makes the issue worse as more vans are rented. Obviously this is frustrating for everyone.

It did provide a little RP for a few people clearing the parking lot, however 30 minutes later it was a mess again.
