CARGO DELIVERY

No giving locations or boxes and sometimes no vehicle at all. it done it to mean this morning so i figured it was just my end so i waited until the 6 o clock storm to try it again. it done it to me once again it wont let me try to cargo again because it say i already have a delivery vehicle even tho i do not
