Cargo Cleaning

I think if Vicodin runs aren't coming back, cargo runs should clean about 10-15 loose notes per drop, and if you bring multiple items (loose notes, rolls, stacks, marked) it should clean at least 2 of them, like it does when you bring marked and stacked, it would clean both of them per drop. same should be for the lower currency items
