Car reverts to stock after pulling out of garage

I just got done getting my internals done a Benny's. I went to my house and put my car away. Whenever I came back and pull my Massacro back out the car reverted back to stock.

Not sure what steps need to be taken in order to fix this bug.

Expected Behavior: My expected behavior would be to pull my car out and have it the way I upgraded it to.

Actual Behavior: The actual behavior was I pulled my car out and found a stock Massacro.
