Car Rental

When renting a car at any location, the first car you rent 95% of the time spawns with one tire missing. If you try to rent another car it usually works but some times it doesn't. What I've come across is the car will either catch fire and blow up killing you, spawn with at least 1 tire missing, not give you the correct keys, or pause the animation right before you enter the car. I've lost quite a lot of money on renting cars because most of the time it doesn't work.
