Car Refuel Stuck Glitch

Steps to reproduce:
* grab nozzle
* fuel car
* as you're fueling car, jump on top of the car

Results:
* nozzle is stuck in your hands
* you cannot fuel car
* the only option on the car is to remove nozzle which does not work
* there is no option to put back the nozzle at the pump

I can take a nap to reset it, and it'll look like it's fine, but if i try to then grab the nozzle again and refuel, the problem will persist. There's also the problem that if I get in the car and turn it on, it'll blow up as if the nozzle was in the car. so now I'm stuck with an unusable car until tsunami. and if I leave it there until next tsunami, there's a chance someone else might get in it and blow it up causing high repair costs

I have a video showing the reproducible steps, I didn't record the part where you turn on the car as I don't want to blow up my car, but I've had it happened before.
