Car locks itself when it's unlocked?

Description:

The car says it’s unlocked when it isn’t, you are able to access the trunk and everything else but unable to actually open the doors.

Reproduction Steps:

1 - Lock your car at a Location

2 - Leave the car for around 10 minutes out of range of people.

3 - Come back to the car

4 - Attempt to open the car door.

Expected Behaviour:

Use my car

Actual Behaviour:
Broken vehicle.
