Car Fuel Disappear / Double Charge Gas

This is a bug from about a year ago but I have 2 cars in my garage (that I’ve noticed) if I fuel them, the next day there is no fuel OR if I fuel them store them at a garage and pull them back out I get billed twice for the gas?

Steps:
1. Car is red in fuel, go to gas station
2. Fuel car (notification of gas paid)
3. storm comes before car is stored in garage
4. Car has no fuel upon next storm
OR
3. car is stored at garage
4. car is taken out of garage, get charged again for fuel and fuel tank stays red (even though the tank is full)
