Car fuel

I'm not sure if it has been posted, but if I fuel my car to 100% and go park it in a garage, when I go to pull out the car from the garage the fuel drops to 50%. It has been happening for both my Komoda and Sentinel Classic WB. Not sure if it's a specific car issue or city wide.
