Car Doors and Seating people

If a car door is open you should be able to get into the car while cuffed, or putting someone into the car should be instant while the door is open.

With the addition of when putting people in or out cars it takes a bit of time, i have found that getting someone that is cuffed away from the cops and into a car to be damn near impossible unless they let you due to the timer to put people in being kinda long.

I think a simple solution that makes a lot of sense is letting cuffed people get in a car if the door is opened up for them or making it so putting someone in the car is near instant if the door is open.

it might be harder to implement but just being able to get into any car that has its door open would also be nice. walking up to a car with a wide open door and then trying to get in and closing the door so i can pull on it for it to be locked is kinda weird feeling but also i know that might be a limitation unable to be passed.
