Car bug when entering a house

I was doing a house (and this is not the first time its happening) and when I leave the interior - my car gets completely stuck and I can't enter it.

Locking / unlocking or pushing won't help.

Sometimes it happens like this and it helps to get in and out the house, but not always, as you can see.
