Car Boosting lockpick bugged

So ive been having this issue where ive been trying to Car Boost when I arrive to the location of the vehicle I start lock picking the car. After I lockpicked the car when I try to enter the Vehicle its still locked. Ive tried to lock pick it many times yet it continues to be locked for some reason. this has been a problem for me these past days that ive been tryna to do it.
