Car Alarms and Hacking Trackers

Create a away that allows players to put alarms and add legit trackers on their cars that ring their phone.

I have seen an uptick in cars being randomly stolen, parked in a garage someone doesn't have access to, or even impounded randomly meaning it leads to many different powergaming techniques.

Additionally, it could create conflict RP if someone's car is stolen. If someone was to get away with it, they could try to hack the car while police and the person who owns the car are alerted. If they're able to hack the car, they can use it for a storm, etc. unless they get caught another way👀

This could also lower the rate of random cop cars being stolen for LQRP reasons.

This could go along with stealing VIN scratches from other players that are awake (and part of a gang). If you can get passed cops and a gang, it'd be interesting to see what comes out of that. If they lose the VIN scratch, the car goes back to the player when impounded.
