Can't Post on Yellow Pages

Description: Tapping/Clicking "Post Ad ($500)" doesn't register.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Make sure you have $500 (cash? bank? Idk. Have it in both to be safe!)
2. Type up ad
3. Post ad
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior: An ad posts and I get lots of patrons at Blackwoods!

Actual behavior: Yellow pages says "No." Nothing happens.
