Cant do cargo

Description: Paid the money to get a vehicle from the guy, went to the dropoff location and I cant talk to the guy. Check the trunk to see if there was a box and there wasnt.

Reproduction steps:

Pay $100

Get int he delivery vehicle

Go to the cargo drop off

nothing in the trunk

cant even talk to the guy that is there

Expected behaviour:

get a box out of the trunk, talk to the drop off guy and finish the exchange

Actual behaviour:

Cargo delivery guy just looks at me like i'm stupid cause I dont have a box to give him :(
