Can't chop a certain car while doing my chop list.

Hello, I mentioned in the ⁠🤝・echo-support channel that I've been doing a chop list and one of the cars I have listed won't allow me to chop it. The car in question is the Jackal. I have a blowtorch and I've done all of the other cars on the list but for some reason I can't with this one. I've ever taken a nap to see if that helps as well as collected three different cars just incase there's something wrong with the car I've taken to the chop spot but no, it's not working. The screenshot provided shows that I'm at the spot, I've got the car I need and it shows at the top that it's on my list. But no matter what I try, it doesn't allow me to chop it. Any assistance would be great, thanks.
