Cannot select priority ticket type under job selection

Description: Unsure if this applies to PD/EMS prio or to others too. When on the job selection pop-up UI and you’re prompted to select a job, you now have 10 seconds
to select a ticket.

With this change, if you do click a ticket type, the option is not actually selected and defaults to the “select job” option. Because of this, your choice in priority ticket is not selected and you’re forced into the “flight into echorp” pop up without any priority points added.


Some people have said you have to be super quick with selecting your priority choice, however, this isn’t considerate of the fact that fivem/cfx does not even acknowledge the input/selection of a priority ticket so at this point you have no prio to use as the option to select it is not longer usable.

Reproduction:

1. Open up fivem and connect to EchoRP
2. Select “Play now”
3. On the job selection pop-up use the drop downto select your prio of interest. In this case I tried with the EMS one.

Actual: You will observe that your chosen prio will only be present for less than half a second before defaulting to “select job”. The timer will run out and you will be moved to the”flight to echorp screen”

Expected: You should be able to select prio choice and the input is read. You can then press “play now” and the correct number of prio points are applied.


Please remove the timer, this adds additional stress that isn’t required and increaes risk of players making errors or being forced to queue with certain number of prio points, or lack of, than they intended.
